GRINDING
Grinding process is done in both, feeder areas and detailed zones. This process is done with three types of grinders:
Bank grinding (2 heads).
In this stage rough grinding is provided for small pieces on the feeding zone.
Pendulum grinding
Rough grinding provided for medium and large pieces on the feeding zone.
Hand pneumatic/electrical grinder
Pneumatic/electrical equipment is used to provide the final finish specially in difficult to reach zones like drills, slots, etc. before heat treatment.
