PLANT CHARACTERISTICS
Our company has all the necessary facilities to produce any steel casting.
Among the main equipment that is described in the Process section, we count with induction furnaces, a complete line of autoforge molding (non-bake), and heat treatment furnaces with capacities up to 3 tons, as well as complete equipment for Control and Quality Assurance.
Having mentioned the above, in Altzairu we offer a wide product and service range such as:
Patterns in wood, aluminum and epoxic resin.
- Castings in a wide range of alloys like carbon steel, stainless steel, refractory steel, manganese steel, high nickel alloys and special irons heat treated.
- Blades and cutting tools.
- Laboratory for chemical analysis and spectrometer, metalography and mechanical tests among others.
- Full machining.
